Quick Delivery
In the UK, we have two delivery services - Yodel, which is our service for lighter and lower value packages and is usually delivered within 3 working days. And DPD which is our Premium option.
Tracking your Parcel
Every order is sent on a tracked service, so you can see where it is at any point on its journey. If you have questions about the progress of the consignment, you can either contact us or the courier directly.
Out of Stock Items
If the item you would like to order is currently out of stock, the Add to Cart button will be replaced by a ‘Notify Me’ button, which allows you to enter your email address and get a notification when it is back in stock.
Shipping within the UK
Yodel
For lighter or lower-value packages, we use Yodel.
This tracked-to-your-door service costs just £5.95 plus VAT.
DPD
Our second delivery option is DPD, our premium service. It’s available for any order if you’d like to receive your items as quickly as possible, and it’s the default choice for heavier or higher-value shipments. This premium service costs £10 plus VAT but is free on all orders of £150 plus VAT or more.
Shipping to Europe
For deliveries to Europe we use DPD. They charge us according to the shipping country and rank the European countries in the following areas. See your country with the standard shipping fees below.
Because it costs less to process orders placed online, we are able to offer free delivery to all areas on orders placed on this site. But because it costs more to ship to certain countries there are different minimum spend requirements to get free shipping.
For some European countries we are able to offer a less expensive service for lighter parcels - such as parts orders. You will see the exact rates available to you at Checkout.

For our European customers
As we operate predominantly in the Business to Business market, all prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT - the price you see is the price you pay to us at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched and arrives in your country, it will pass through customs. At that stage, you will be contacted by your local customs authority or courier to make payment for any import duty and VAT due.
The exact amount charged varies depending on your destination country - as well as the specific items you have ordered.
