Multi-stage Pads and Polish

The Eco Clever features an advanced multi-stage repair system with fully automated stage changes handled internally by the machine’s turret. Simply press one button and the entire repair process runs from start to finish – no manual pad changes required.

The consumables include a specialist repair polish, a water-based cooling compound, and a range of precision-engineered repair pads.

There are four main repair stages – Yellow (light), Green (medium), Red (heavy), and Blue (very heavy) – followed by a final polishing stage using the Black pad. A dedicated Violet pad is also available for Blu-ray disc repairs.

All pads can be purchased individually, typically in packs of 10, and we also offer a convenient light-to-medium refill pack containing a balanced selection of consumables.

What types of discs can the Eco Clever repair?

The Eco Clever can repair a wide range of discs including CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, Books-on-Disc and game discs such as PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo formats.

How long does a typical repair take?

Most standard repairs take between 1–3 minutes, depending on the severity of the damage. Even heavily scratched discs can be restored in just a few minutes.

Do I need to manually change pads between repair stages?

No – the Eco Clever automatically switches between stages using its built-in turret system. Simply press one button to complete a full repair cycle from start to finish. The only exception is when using the very heavy stage when you need to manually change the pad

Do discs come out wet or need hand-finishing?

No – all discs come out clean, dry and ready to use immediately after repair. There’s no messy residue or manual cleaning required.

Is the machine noisy or messy?

Not at all. The Eco Clever operates quietly and uses a clean, enclosed process with no splashing, odour, or heat.

Is it easy to use?

Yes – the Eco Clever is fully automated and is arguably the easiest to operate on the market.,

Does the Eco Clever run on a keycard or electronic chip?

No – the Eco Clever operates without any usage restrictions. While the display provides helpful codes to indicate when pads need replacing, the machine will continue to run freely at all times, unlike some other models that use keycards or electronic chips.
