The product and service by the company were more than acceptable

The product and service by the company were more than acceptable. The courier on the pther hand was very poor and does not reflect well on TDR. Advise: Change couriers.

Thanks for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that you were happy with both the product and our service, although we're sorry to hear about your experience with the courier.

We appreciate that delivery is an important part of the overall service, and we take this kind of feedback seriously. We'll certainly pass your comments on to our courier team and review the service we're currently using.

Thanks again for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Excellent company to deal with. Superb customer service that other companies would do well to take note of.
