Based on the proven Eco Clever system, it can process a stack of up to 50 discs automatically, repairing each one to the highest standard before moving to the next. Simply load your discs, select your repair depth, and press start – the Eco Master handles the rest.
Designed for CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays and game discs, the Eco Master delivers consistent, high-quality results even on deep scratches. With the ability to complete up to 300 repairs per day, it’s ideal for busy libraries, retailers, and disc rental operations.
Its self-contained water recycling system keeps the process clean and efficient, with no plumbing, mess, or odour. Every disc comes out clean, dry, and ready to return to circulation. Reconditioned Options
Save money without losing quality...
From time to time we get machines back in from part-exchanges or buy backs. These machines are fully reconditioned to an as-new condition and typically backed with a 6 month warranty.
These reconditioned units will display signs of use - such as scratches to the casing or signs of dried polish - but will operate in a similar way to a new machine. They represent a good way of saving money without compromising on repair quality!

The Consumables
Multi-stage Pads and Polish
The Eco Master features an advanced multi-stage repair system with fully automated stage changes handled internally by the machine’s turret. Simply press one button and the entire repair process runs from start to finish – no manual pad changes required.
The consumables include a specialist repair polish, a water-based cooling compound, and a range of precision-engineered repair pads.
There are four main repair stages – Yellow (light), Green (medium), Red (heavy), and Blue (very heavy) – followed by a final polishing stage using the Black pad. A dedicated Violet pad is also available for Blu-ray disc repairs.
All pads can be purchased individually, typically in packs of 10, and we also offer convenient light-to-heavy refill packs containing a balanced selection of consumables.
