Who pays for the shipping?
Shipping in both direction is covered for the first quarter of the standard warranty period only; thereafter you will be billed for the shipping in both directions, which is currently £20 plus VAT each way.
Shipping is not covered in either direction for the duration of the warranty period. You're welcome to arrange the carriage yourself; we advise using a fully-insured courier service. We request that you still contact us first if covering your own shipping.
