Quick Delivery

All online orders placed before 1pm, Monday – Friday are usually despatched on the same day. Delivery to mainland UK addresses is normally the next working day, whereas all other destinations typically take 3-5 working days.

Tracking your Parcel

After your goods have been despatched the courier will send you an email with your tracking details. If you have questions about the tracking or the progress of the consignment, you can contact either us or the courier directly.

Failed Deliveries

If no-one is in when delivery is attempted, Parcelforce will leave a card instructing you to visit your local depot to collect the parcel. If you have any issues, please contact Despatch on 01202 489 500 within 1 week of despatch.

Out of Stock Items

If the item you would like to order is currently out of stock, the Add to Cart button will be replaced by a ‘Notify Me’ button, which allows you to enter your email address and get a notification when it is back in stock.


We use Parcelforce to deliver our packages within the UK. As an incentive to order through our site we offer free delivery on all orders of £100 plus VAT or more to any mainland UK address. Parcelforce charge us an excess to deliver to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, and whilst we must pass these charges on, we subsidise the costs to make it a little cheaper for you. 


We use TNT to deliver our packages in Europe. They charge us according to the shipping country and rank the European countries in the following areas. See your country with the standard shipping fees below.

Because it costs less to process orders placed online, we are able to offer free delivery to all areas on orders placed on this site. But because it costs more to ship to certain countries there are different minimum spend requirements to get free shipping.
